After the age of 40, we observe significant changes in our metabolism, including:

- Weight loss or maintenance becomes more difficult.

- Physical activities are less effective.

- Our mobility and flexibility decrease.

- Mood swings occur.

- Libido can be affected.

- The pelvic floor can weaken.

- Stress can become a concerning factor.

 Too often, we mistakenly believe that by limiting our calorie intake and engaging in long and intense cardio exercise sessions, we will better control our weight. In reality, this kind of strategy increases the production of cortisol, the stress hormone, and has the opposite effect.

 In this workshop, you will discover:

- Hypopressive exercises that will not only refine your silhouette, improve your posture, and make your pelvic floor more effective.

- Breathing techniques for stress management.

- Tips to improve your posture and overall health.

- Compressions and stretches that promote collagen production, as well as improve flexibility and mobility.

This workshop will be led by Araceli Cancino, a naturopath, personal trainer, and fitness expert. Before returning to Canada, she founded a studio in Belgium at the age of 39, where she helped her clients feel better in both their bodies and minds. Since 2023, she has opened The Valley Studio, where she teaches various methods related to sports and wellness.
